W-proof screen 100, 120, 150, RIM and DZIP
Vertical awnings are designed to cover small to large openings and are ideal to regulate heat and glare from the outside world. Privacy is also maintained when screen type (micro-perforated) fabrics are used in conjunction with this W-proof exterior hardware system. This system was developed by MAQ using their unique four-sides zipper technology which attaches along the sides of the screen fabric and travels in a side channel the full length of the opening. By incorporating an electric motor, operation of the screens is convenient and effortless. Control options also include remote controls, wall switches and wind / sun sensors with a potential for integration with home automation controls.

W-proof screen 100:
The W-proof screen 100 is the zipper screen with a 100 mm high x 100mm deep housing and is developed for window dimensions up to 4.00 m (width) by 2.70 m (height) . By using a double guide rail it is possible to couple multiple shades.

The W-proof screen 100 is available with a slanted fascia, including box, guides and weight bar, available in 6 standard finishes: MAQ Staral colors>>. A square and radius fascia are optional and can be developed. The screens are also available in many other RAL colors. W-proof screen 120:
The W-proof screen 120 is the zipper screen with a 120 mm high x 120mm deep housing and is developed for window dimensions up to 6.00 m (width) by 5.00 m (height) . For widths up to 4 meter the standard 63 mm tube can be used. For screens wider than 4 meter we use a heavy duty 83 mm tube. For screens up to 5 meter height and narrower than 2 meter, the 63 mm tube can be used. Wider than 2 meter and higher than 3 meter we use the 83 mm tube. The MAQ 120 is for screens up to 22 m2. By using a double guide rail it is possible to couple multiple shades.
